Running Adwords without conversion tracking is like flushing your money down the toilet.  You can set up as many conversion tracking actions as you want BUT you might not want more than one if you’re doing lead generation and care about overall cost per conversion, and if your various leads have drastically different costs per conversions- because Adwords reporting is not as sophisticated as their Conversion Tracking.
